Home Shopping Europe (HSE) is one of the leading brands in the European live commerce sector. HSE airs a 24-hour TV program, including 16 hours of live broadcasting from three stations. Its customers decide when and where they shop – whether through one of the three TV channels, the online shop, the award-winning HSE app or the new social commerce app HSE HELLO.
To meet the needs of their shoppers, they required a full live and on-demand solution that allowed them to live stream their 3 channels and immediately have clips of the presented products available on demand for eager shoppers. A fast turnaround was required, and with the integration of G&L’s workflow, which included the Bitmovin VOD Encoder, this was made possible.
